- ·Birds eye- high angle = making them powerless or vulnerable.
- ·Close up= horror reactions on actions; shows emotions
- ·Tracking/panning = connote movement to indicate the actor being followed or watched.
- ·Reverse = shows consequences of actions and shows what would happen if you went back in time (flashback)
- ·Tilted angle/tilt shot = dramatic tension to shots could be used to connote a supernatural being.
- ·Extreme long shot/long shot = to establish the horror movies; mostly used to show the area to indicate the seclusion.
- ·Low angle shot = to indicate how scary or intimidating a villain is.
- ·Hand held camera shot = creates a sense of reality, makes the audience feel involved
- ·Zoom = zooms into something gruesome to create suspense
- ·Over the shoulder shot = adds to suspense; usually around mirrors/reflections to show the villain behind or near the victim.
